It will be the responsibility of the intern to create the printed event program for Bash on the Farm. The program will be 12 pages long in tabloid format. It consists of ads from sponsors, event information, and band biographies and pictures.

Event Planning Internship for Bash on the Farm

The event planner will need to attend monthly volunteer meetings, create a timeline for planning, promotions, set up, and tear down, coordinate all volunteer activities, and communicate/confirm vendors.

Marketing Internship for Bash on the Farm

The marketing intern will attend monthly volunteer meetings, lead a creative team to find ways to promote Bash on the Farm, present to service clubs and youth groups, plan and help create a float for the Bandfest parade, and keep a promotions timeline.
